Who reads Kinyan Guide
Buyers abroad (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and South Africa on the English side; France, Belgium, Switzerland and Quebec on the French side), future olim preparing to settle, and residents buying for the first time. They arrive through a precise search (“mortgage non-resident Israel”, “mas rechisha oleh”, “buying in Netanya”) or through a citation in ChatGPT or Perplexity, read a 1,500 to 2,500-word page, use a calculator, then fill in a form. They are not browsers: they are people with a budget and a calendar.

Every lead goes to one partner per type of professional (one broker, one lawyer, one developer or one agency), never resold to several competitors. Duplicates, tests and off-topic requests are not billed.

Pricing depends on the type of professional, the city and the lead’s language; it is provided on request, with the last three months’ volumes for your cities. No minimum, no set-up fee.
Our rules, both ways
- You reply within 48 hours. That is what we promise the reader. A partner who does not reply loses the next leads.
- You do not change the content. The pages stay independent. You can report a factual error; you cannot ask us to remove a paragraph on the pitfalls of your profession.
- We do not resell your leads. A lead passed to you is not passed to your competitor in the same profession.
- The data stays the reader’s. They consented to a referral to one professional for their request, not to a newsletter sign-up.
- You are selected. Real estate specialisation, professional registration in good standing, references, and for lawyers, independence from sellers and developers.
